Sinekatalog’s take
A former triad boss out of prison befriends a hotel owner and her young son in Macau. Johnnie To mixes crime and quiet domestic drama with understated style. A sensitive pick for fans of his gentler side.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
