Plot

The Texas Rangers chase down a gang of outlaws led by Butch Cavendish, but the gang ambushes the Rangers, seemingly killing them all. One survivor is found, however, by an American Indian named Tonto, who nurses him back to health.

Sinekatalog’s take

This revisionist Western retells a masked-hero legend with more spectacle than discipline. Runaway train set pieces are thrilling, yet the tone lurches between slapstick and grim violence, and the running time drags. Worth a look for the big-canvas stunts, less so for coherent storytelling.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
