Plot

Margaret, 35, has a history of violent behaviour which has cost her a romantic relationship. She has moved back in with her mother Christina, a fragile, immature 55-year-old woman who blames Margaret, her firstborn, for ruining her dreams of a career as a concert pianist.

Sinekatalog’s take

A tense chamber drama about a mother and daughter locked in resentment, with anger always close to the surface. The performances carry it, and the discomfort is deliberate and effective. It is bruising to watch but sharp on how family wounds linger.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
