Plot
An aging comic icon, Jackie Burke, has seen better days. Despite his efforts to reinvent himself and his comic genius, the audience only wants to know him as the former television character he once played.
Sinekatalog’s take
A flat, uneven showbiz story about an ageing comic trying to move beyond his old fame. The idea has promise and the star has presence, but the humour rarely lands. For loyal fans of the lead and light character comedy only.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
