Plot
Spain, 1949. Narcisa, a novice, arrives at an old convent, converted into a girls' school, to work as a teacher.
Sinekatalog’s take
A slow, atmospheric convent chill set in the aftermath of war, built on hush, candlelight and religious unease rather than loud scares. It leans on mood and a young novice's isolation, which may feel underpowered when the plot gets thin. Suits patient horror viewers who like their dread quiet.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
