In 1994, Sarajevo was a city under siege. Mortars and rocket propelled grenades rained onto the city, killing indiscriminately, every day.
Sinekatalog’s take
A documentary that recalls a besieged city through a rock band's dangerous concert trip into it. Intercut with wartime footage and survivor accounts, it finds defiance in music amid shelling. Moving and urgent, particularly for those interested in how culture survives conflict.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
