Plot
Film version of the Neil Simon play has three separate acts set in the same hotel suite in New York's Plaza Hotel with Walter Matthau in a triple role. In the first, Karen Nash tries to get her inattentive husband Sam's attention and help save their failing marriage.
Sinekatalog’s take
Three stories unfold in the same New York hotel suite, with one actor playing three very different men. Neil Simon's wit gives the segments a lively edge, though the filmed play stays stagey; it is a treat for fans of talky, sophisticated comedy.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
