Plot

Set against a backdrop of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, Palestinian rapper Kareem and his singer girlfriend Manar struggle, love and make music in their crime-ridden ghetto and Tel Aviv's hip-hop club scene.

Sinekatalog’s take

A Tel Aviv hip-hop drama that sets a rapper's love story against crime, family pressure and the daily friction of Israeli-Palestinian life. The music is not decoration here; it is how the characters speak back to a city that crowds them out. Rough at the edges, but urgent and sincere.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
