Plot

After the previous Godzilla attack, a miniature arms race ensues to collect his cells. Concerned over Godzilla's possible return, the Japanese government uses the cells to create a new bio-weapon, ANEB (Anti-Nuclear Energy Bacteria).

Sinekatalog’s take

A thoughtful, offbeat entry in the monster series, in which genetic tinkering spawns a rival plant creature. The creature designs are inventive and the story leans on science-gone-wrong. A fine pick for kaiju fans who like their monsters strange.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
