Plot
An old prince lives in his ancient palace in Rome together with the ghosts of his ancestors. For years he has proudly rejected huge offers by a real estate group seeking to buy the palace and build a department store in its place, but when he suddenly dies his nephew signs the deal.
Sinekatalog’s take
A light, whimsical fantasy in which a crumbling Roman palace is haunted by genial ancestors who refuse to let it become a shopping centre. Charming and gently satirical about greed and progress, it prefers wit to scares. A pleasant pick for lovers of warm Italian comedy.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
