Plot
After the Cold War, a breakaway Russian republic with nuclear warheads becomes a possible worldwide threat. U.S. submarine Capt. Frank Ramsey signs on a relatively green but highly recommended Lt. Cmdr.
Sinekatalog’s take
On a nuclear submarine, a captain and his executive officer clash over whether to launch. The claustrophobic setting and the war of wills drive the tension. A tough, talky thriller that thrives on a moral dilemma.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
