Sinekatalog’s take
A Turkish rural drama about a poor couple whose hardship deepens with drought, leaving the wife alone to fight hunger while her husband works in Istanbul. Bilge Olgaç gives it a grim social realism. Powerful for viewers who like Turkish village dramas.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
